Introduction from the Chair of the Board and Chair of the Residents’ Forum.
Fairhive Homes is committed to delivering a high quality service to all of our residents. We understand that they are best placed to advise us what is working well and tell us how we can continually improve the services we provide. We want to ensure that the voice of our residents is heard throughout our organisation and can influence decisions and hold us accountable for our performance.
Our new Resident Engagement & Scrutiny Framework has been developed in partnership with our Residents’ Forum and sets out how we will work with our residents, listen to their views and work collaboratively to improve the homes and estates where they live, and enhance the services we provide.
Working together we will be able to make better informed decisions that will result in increased trust, better services and higher customer satisfaction.
