The homes will all be heated by Air Source Heat Pumps and have electric vehicle charging points.

We are working with Miller Homes to provide 27 new affordable homes on a development of 65 dwellings in the village of Longwick, to the north of Princes Risborough. We will be offering a mix of 18 rented flats and houses, alongside 9 houses for shared ownership.

We are pleased to be providing 10 new affordable houses in a desirable location, on the south eastern edge of the village of Fritwell, 7 miles from Bicester.  Built by Cala Homes, it is proposed that the homes, which are a mix of affordable rent and shared ownership, will have electric air source heat pumps and electric vehicle charging points.

Bloor Homes began work on site in late 2023 on a development on the northern edge of the town of Winslow.  Fairhive will be providing the 42 affordable homes on the site, which are made up of 32 flats and houses for affordable rent, and 10 houses for shared ownership.  It is anticipated that the first homes will be ready for occupation in the spring/early summer of 2024, and will be completed in phases going through to 2026.

We are in the very early stages of providing 24 affordable homes at the site of the Church of the Guardian Angels in South Court, Aylesbury.  The scheme will provide 20 flats at social rent, and 4 houses for shared ownership, which we hope will be available for occupation in 2025/26.

We are delighted to be working alongside Bellway Homes to provide our first homes in Thame, South Oxfordshire. Phoenix Park is a new residential development by Bellway on the former Kingsmead Business Park in Thame.  We will be providing 28 new homes, 21 for rent and 7 for shared ownership.

We are working with Cala Homes to deliver 37 new affordable homes on Aston Clinton Road in Weston Turville.

Work started on site in late 2021, to provide a mixture of rental and shared ownership homes, ranging from 1 bedroom flats to 4 bedroom houses.  Our first residents moved in in late 2022 and the development will continue to 2025.

We’re pleased to be working once again with Deanfield Homes and on this development in South Oxfordshire we’ll be providing 22 homes for rent and 8 for shared ownership.

We are working with Barratt David Wilson to provide 100 affordable homes in Village 3 of the Kingsbrook development.  75 of these homes will be for rent, with 25 for shared ownership, and they will be completed in phases through to 2025.

We are pleased to be providing 92 new affordable homes on the Whitehouse development, to the west of Milton Keynes.  Built a part of the QRSTU phases of the development, by Bellway Homes, 69 of the homes will be for shared ownership, with 23 for social rent.  Some of our rented homes will be part of a pilot offering an enhanced environmental specification, combining improved fabric with air source heat pumps and electric space heating. The homes will be delivered in phases from 2023 through to 2027.

Fairhive is once again working with Lodge Park homes.  We will be providing 12 affordable new homes to the west of Milton Keynes, in the development area known as Tattenhoe Park Phase 4A.  Our 10 rented and 2 shared ownership properties will form part of a 30 home development, and we aim to have all properties available for occupation by early 2024.
