The Board

Our Board has overall responsibility for the Trust and all actions taken in the Trust’s name.

The role of the Board is to set our aims and objectives, and to ensure that the organisation is keeping within its legal and moral obligations, which are laid down by the Board and housing legislation.

The Board, made up of residents, councillors and independent members, is also responsible for ensuring the financial well-being of the Trust, by ensuring that it is managed efficiently and effectively.
