How do I register for the text messaging service?
We have updated our automated text messaging service and the number has also been updated.
If you had previously registered with our text messaging service, this will be shut down from 20th January 2021. There is now no need to register, just text us the keyword below and you will receive the required information.
Please ensure your mobile number is updated on our systems, if we do not have your mobile number, you will not receive text updates.
All you need to do, is text the following keywords to +447520660536 and you will receive an immediate text back from us with the requested information:
BAL or BALANCE – to request a current account balance
BALW – to request a current account balance each week on a Monday
BALM – to request a current account balance on the last Monday of each month
BALSTOP - Previously requested weekly or monthly rent account balance texts will be discontinued
PAID – to receive date of last payment and amount of payment for rent account
RENTCALL – to request a call back from your rent advisor
