Ways to pay

We accept a wide range of payment methods in order to make paying rent for our customers even more convenient. You can make payments in the following ways:

Direct Debit

Whether you are a tenant or leaseholder you can set up a Direct Debit.

Just download, print and complete our Direct Debit form  and return it to the Trust’s Business Services department at Fairfax House, 69 Buckingham Street, Aylesbury, Buckinghamshire, HP20 2NJ.

We collect payments on either the 1st or 15th of the month, whichever is more convenient for you. If the amount of rent or service charge you need to pay changes during the year, there is no need for you to do anything; the Direct Debit amount will be automatically adjusted.

Please make sure that you read and understand the Direct Debit Guarantee at the bottom of the form.

Standing order

If you prefer to pay by standing order, please download, print and complete our Standing Order Form and take it to your bank or building society. Please do not send it to the Trust.

Remember to quote your rent reference number where it asks for a Trust Payment Reference to ensure all payments are allocated to your account.

Allpay cards

In order to pay via allpay card please contact the Trust so that a card can be ordered and sent to your address.  To do this phone our Contact Centre on 01296 732600, email us at contact@vaht.co.uk or visit us in person.

 

Once you have received your card, you will be able to start paying your rent or service charges:

  • Online,
  • By text,
  • Over the phone using the 24/7 automated allpay customer care line, 0844 557 8321,
  • In person at the Post Office by cash, debit card or cheque,
  • In person at any PayPoint by cash. Some PayPoint outlets accept card transactions - but with a charge. The Trust is not liable for any charges incurred.

 One you receive the allpay card, in order to use it online you will need to register the card by visiting the allpay website. Please visit the allpay website for more information
