Customer satisfaction research: new company name
Understanding customer experience is an important part of improving services, so each month, we ask a random sample of residents to provide feedback on a variety of service areas including Repairs and Tenancy Services. In order to ensure feedback is objective, we ask a company called Voluntas to make the calls on our behalf.
Voluntas has merged with a company called IFF Research and as a result, you will now receive calls from surveyors representing IFF Research.
Please remember: If we call you, we or any company representing us will never ask for bank account details so never give out any personal information.
