Celebrating Customer Service Excellence

We have recently been accredited with the Customer Service Excellence Standard following an audit from the SGS.

We were assessed on areas of customer service across the Trust, including safeguarding, customer-focused culture and continual improvement.

The auditors were really impressed with our range of social initiatives and we received Compliance Plus status for our social responsibility, which means we’re demonstrating practices that exceed the requirements of the standard and are viewed as exceptional.

We are extremely honoured and proud to accept the award which demonstrates our commitment to customer service and it encourages us to continue to deliver the best possible service to our residents, everyday.
