We’ve been recognised for our excellent levels of working practice and service which we deliver to our residents – we’ve successfully retained our HQN Direct Labour Organisation (DLO) Accreditation.
Achieving and retaining this accreditation involves a rigorous scrutiny process and being accredited is a visible sign that our services exceed good practice standards.
“We’re very proud of what everyone in our property team has achieved and the services they provide. This is brilliant news and so well deserved.” – Dean Gill, Executive Director of Operations.
Further to this fantastic news, we’ve been recognised by Considerate Constructors Scheme (CCS), achieving a 4 out of 5 star rating. This rating has been designed to raise industry standards and requires us to carry out our construction activity with the greatest care and consideration.
The site which was visited as part of the assessment, involved a complete internal strip out and refurbishment of a semi-detached pre-1950s, steel-framed prefabricated house. Disabled adaptations were being made and the property was being brought up to the Decent Homes standard. The report states that the appearance of the site was to a high standard and arrangements to advise neighbours of the works were well maintained – causing little disturbance.
We’re extremely proud of our best-in-class services and achievements.
