Linda Foster - Director of Finance and Resources
I joined the Trust at transfer in 2006. Since then I have been ensuring we remain on a firm financial footing. I have responsibility for finance, IT, and risk management. I am also the Trust’s company secretary.
After university, my career started with a brief spell as a maths teacher. I then went on to train as a chartered accountant with Coopers & Lybrand. I joined the housing sector after qualifying and had 14 years of experience in a variety of finance and treasury roles at Home Group, one of the largest registered providers in the country.
A key area of my focus is to ensure the Trust is well prepared for the future. It needs to be in a strong position, with robust plans. In this way we can deliver quality homes and services to current and future customers.
