Brooks Court, comprising of 19 one bedroom flats, is one of three supported housing schemes in Buckingham. It occupies a particularly lovely spot on the banks of the Great Ouse. A riverside communal garden makes the most of the area. The one bedroom flats, all for one or two people, are spacious and airy. Many flats have balconies.

Buckingham is a popular market town, and town centre is just a short walk or bus ride away from Brooks Court.

Chandos Court, comprising of 23 one bedroom and studio flats, is found a short journey from the town centre in the popular market town of Buckingham. It is well-positioned for access to Aylesbury or Milton Keynes. Flats are bright and airy

Northend Court, Buckingham

Northend Court, opened in 1979, is in the centre of Buckingham close to the Old Gaol, offering easy access to the shops, library and market.

The scheme consists of 25 one and two bedroom flats in the main block, and 16 two bedroom bungalows along Mary McManus Drive.

Communal facilities include a lounge with TV, garden, a lift, scooter shed, laundry room, car park, a guest room with a £15 per night charge and residents can enjoy a number of regular events and activities. Weekly social activities include bingo and exercise, Afternoon Tea, Hairdresser, Physiotherapy, Jessie’s Jacket Potato, Board Games, Bonus Ball, Wii-fit, Computer and Local Market Days.

There is a bus stop about 5 minutes walk away, which has services to Aylesbury, Milton Keynes, Brackley and Banbury. The local shops are situated about 15 minutes walk away and include a supermarket, paper shop, post office, chemist and fish and chip shop.

Cats and dogs not accepted in flats, but are permitted in bungalows.
