Dean Gill - Executive Director of Operations
I joined Vale of Aylesbury Housing in 2010 having previously been working in Somerset, and prior to that in Birmingham.
I have over 30 years’ experience of working in the housing sector, gaining experience in Housing Association; Local Authority; ALMO; as well as private contracting environments.
I initially started my career as an Apprentice Carpenter and Joiner before progressing into surveying and then management roles.
I have held senior leadership roles in a variety of disciplines including repairs and maintenance; materials procurement and supply; IT systems project management; and new build development.
In my current role my responsibilities include repairs and maintenance; asset management; tenancy management; supported housing; homeownership services; and facilities management.
