Giving something back

Our vision outlines our commitment to supporting the local communities in which our residents and employees live and work. ‘Giving something back’ is our Corporate Responsibility programme which enables us to support the charities and causes we know are important to our residents and local communities. The programme includes:

  • Thriving Communities Fund - We provide grants to our residents for support with education, employment or wellbeing as well as to community groups or projects operating within areas where our residents live. Find out more about the fund.

  • Employee's charity of the year - We organise a number of fundraising and donation activities throughout the year to support our employees chosen charity. Employees can claim match funding from us.

  • Protecting our environment - We're committed to running a sustainable business and reducing our environmental impact; our Environment strategy 2020-25 explains how we intend to achieve this.
