A message from Matthew, our Chief Executive

Dear Resident,

This is a worrying and challenging time for everyone as we all deal with the impact of the Coronavirus.  I want to let you know that we are here to help and support you in any way we can.

I know that some of you are experiencing a cut in income at very short notice, but rest assured that you will not lose your home as a result of the COVID-19 pandemic.

Please contact us straight away if you experience a change to your income and we will work with you to find the best way of providing help and support. Click here for more information about how we can support you through changes in your income.

We are taking this approach with all of our residents – tenants, shared owners and leaseholders. This is a very unusual situation for us all but we will do whatever we can to continue to support you in the coming weeks.

If your work or benefit entitlement hasn’t changed, please continue to pay your rent in the usual way and make sure that your benefit claim is up to date.

We will continue to provide an emergency responsive repairs service while we can, so if you are in one of the COVID-19 high risk groups, or you are experiencing symptoms of coronavirus, please let us know so we can respond accordingly.
