The Decent Homes work has started, with contractor Apollo now on site.
The first properties to be improved will be the vacant flats, ready for anyone who will need to decant while work is carried out in their home.
Decant Officer Conrad Smith and representatives from Apollo will be visiting every Walton Court Centre tenant to discuss the work that will happen in more detail.

We are still looking for residents to be members of a Design Panel, to work on the detailed designs for the regeneration. If you are interested in having an input into the work, please contact Alex Monro on 01296 732600 or email waltoncourtcentre@vaht.co.uk.
Drop in sessions are held at the Healthy Living Centre every Thursday between 1.30 and 3.00 pm. Residents are welcome to pop in if they wish to discuss anything with a Trust representative.
Outside of these hours, a comments box is available for residents to leave their contact details, questions etc. We review the contents regularly and will contact residents who raise issues or make comments via the box. Alternatively, if you have any questions about the plans for the future of Walton Court Centre contact Alex Monro as above.

Our main proposals are:
Decent Homes improvements to tenanted properties will be started in Spring 2010. We will contact residents individually to discuss the work in more detail.

The Trust is committed to ridding Walton Court Centre of ASB. We believe that our residents have the right to enjoy their homes free from the irresponsible and anti-social actions of others.
If you witness or experience anti-social behaviour, please report it to Thames Valley Police or the Trust. You can get more details here.
