The Landon Court is in the centre of Aylesbury. It comprises of 28 units of accommodation, of which there are 7 studios, 1 two-bedroom flat, 2 one-bedroom flats/bungalows for the disabled and 18 one-bedroom flats - 14 with showers and 4 with walk-in baths. It was opened in 1977.  The scheme offers a laundry, a communal lounge and communal kitchen and guest room.
