Repairs Report Form

Trust residents may now submit repair requests online. Simply follow the instructions below.

Request a repair online

Please select your type of repair request from the following options:

Fault with new installation

You have a fault with an improvement to your home under our 5 year improvement programme within the first 12 months of installation.

Other repairs

You have a repair request relating to something in your house that is over 12 months old.
(This will open our Housecall repair system in a new window).
