The Trust promises to provide as wide a range of different methods of payment as possible. To make paying rent and leaseholder service charges easier and more convenient for all our residents and leaseholders, we offer the following ways to pay:

Online payment

Housing, Home Owners and Garage Payment Cards

Your Housing, Home Owners and Garage Payment Cards enable you to pay in a number of ways, whichever you find most convenient:

• Cash or Debit Card – You may pay by cash or debit card at local Post Offices and shops showing the Paypoint sign, by using the Housing, Home Owners and Garage Payment Cards that have been sent to you. (Post Offices will also accept cheques)
    
  
• Phone – You can pay by debit or credit card over the telephone by calling 0844 557 8321 and following the voice commands. If you do not have your card with you, you can still make a payment by calling allpay's contact centre on 0844 225 5729. 
  
• Text – Paying by text is quick, easy and secure. However, before you can make a payment, you must first register here.

Direct Debit

To set up a Direct Debit, download and fill in the form and return it to the Trust’s Business Services Department. We take payments on either the 1st or 15th of the month, whichever is more convenient for you.

Please make sure that you read and understand the Direct Debit Guarantee at the bottom of the form.
