Reporting a repair online:
Please select your type of repair request from the following options:
1. Fault with new installation »
Use this if you have a repair request relating to something in your house that is under 12 months old- this is classed as a new installation.
2. Other repairs »
Use this if you have a repair request relating to something in your house that is over 12 months old.
