Once you have told us that you need something repairing, we will decide what kind of priority it is, and then schedule an appointment.

Appointments

If we need to enter your property to carry out any works, we will offer you an appointment that is convenient for you. We can ring or email with an appointment date.

There are five different appointments to select from:
• Morning between 8am and 12pm
• Early morning between 8am and 10am
• Afternoon between 12.30pm and 17.45pm
• School run between 10am and 2pm
• All day between 8am and 17.45pm

We will confirm the appointment the day before by text or voicemail, and will even tell you that the operative is on their way.

Where no access is required to carry out works to your property, we will tell you that you do not need to be at home for works to be carried out. We will leave a card through your door to let you know that the repair has been carried out.
