Benefits of an Allpay card

We provide three types of card:

  • A white Housing card, for tenants to pay their rent
  • A blue Garage card, to pay garage rent
  • A yellow Home Owners card, for leaseholders to pay service charges

Where can Allpay cards be used?

Allpay cards are accepted at Post Offices, and shops that display the Payzone and Paypoint signs. You can use your card to pay as much or as little as you like at a time, but remember that you should not get into arrears.

Are Allpay cards secure?

The cards are secure, and do not hold any information about you or your rent account. They only hold a unique payment number, your name and 11-digit reference number. The card has no value and cannot be used for any purpose other than making payments to your rent, garage or service charges. The card number simply enables us to credit a payment to the correct account.

Lost cards

If you lose your Allpay card, please call the Customer Contact Centre for a replacement.

Flexible payments

Card payments can be mixed and matched with other types of payment, and a trusted friend or relative can use your card to make a payment on your behalf.

Having difficulty paying your rent?

You should always consider rent as a priority debt. However, if you find you are having difficulty meeting your payments, you must talk to us. We will always be understanding and non-judgemental, and will work with you to resolve matters and agree a reasonable payment plan that you can manage.
