Making a payment
We provide a wide range of payment methods, to make paying rent or service charges more convenient for our customers. We offer the following ways to pay:
allpay cards
Your Housing, Home Owners or Garage allpay card enables you to make payments in various ways:
- Online: please click on the link below and follow the on-screen instructions to pay your rent or licence charges. (Note: the Allpay site will open in a new window).
Click here to pay online with Allpay >>
At the Post Office with cash, card or cheque: are all accepted at Post Offices.

Paypoint outlets (cash only): you can pay in cash at shops which show the PayPoint sign. Please be aware that some outlets may accept card transactions but with a charge. The Trust is not liable for any charges incurred.
Phone: you can pay by debit or credit card over the telephone by calling 0844 557 8321 and following the voice commands. If you do not have your allpay card with you, you can still make a payment by calling allpay’s contact centre on 0844 557 8320.
Text: paying by text is quick, easy and secure. However, before you can make a payment, you must first register here (opens in a new window).
Direct Debit
To set up a Direct Debit, download and fill in the form and return it to the Trust’s Business Services department. We collect payments on either the 1st or 15th of the month, whichever is more convenient for you. If the amount of rent you need to pay changes following the annual rent review, there is no need for you to do anything, the Direct Debit amount will be automatically adjusted.
Please make sure that you read and understand the Direct Debit Guarantee at the bottom of the form.
Standing order
If you prefer to pay by standing order, you can download this form, fill it in and take it to your bank or building society. Please do not send it to the Trust.
Standing orders can only be set up or modified by the person making the payment. If you set up a standing order to pay your rent, you must remember to amend the amount after a rent review, otherwise you may start to accumulate arrears.
Former Tenants
If you are a former tenant, and have an amount of money owing to the Trust, you should contact the Rents team, who will be able to discuss payment options with you.
