Leaseholders Handbook

The Trust issues a handbook to all new Leaseholders. It details the rights and responsibilities for both the Trust and the leaseholder, as well as providing useful information.

A copy of the current Leaseholders’ Handbook can be downloaded from the link below. Alternatively, you can call the Customer Contact Centre or email homeowners@vaht.co.uk and request a copy.

Instructions for printing Large Print version:
Select “print” from the Adobe task bar. Ensure that your printer is set to A4 paper. On the left hand side of the print window is a drop down menu for page scaling. Change this to “Fit to printable area”, and print.
