A mutual exchange is where two (or more) tenants swap homes. If you want to downsize your home, find a property with an extra bedroom or move to another area, you may find that a mutual exchange is more convenient than the Choice Based Lettings scheme.

We have partnered with HomeSwapper to give you access to a national register of people wanting to swap homes.

The HomeSwapper service will contact you when they have located potential swap details. When you have found an exchange partner, please contact us so we can check that you are eligible for the scheme, and we can then process your application. Part of this process will involve the Trust visiting you at your home.
