We now provide a new way of renting a home, whereby we provide a number of furnished lettings.

These properties come complete with most of the essential items you need to start your tenancy, such as a settee and bed, as well as a “Welcome Pack” of kitchen essentials and bed linen.

There is a service charge on top of your rent to pay for the items, and you will be expected to keep them clean and in good condition. The furniture remains the property of the Trust, and if you move out, you can not take it with you.
