Finding a home
We operate a choice based lettings (CBL) system to allocate our properties.
This means that you no longer have to wait to be offered a property, you can instead “bid”, by telling us that you are interested for the homes that are available on the Bucks Home Choice list. You can express an interest in up to three properties from each list. The list is updated every two weeks.
If you are interested in any of the properties, you must first register with Bucks Home Choice, which you can do online here, or you can pick up a form from the Trust’s office at Fairfax House.
The CBL system runs in conjunction with our partners Paradigm Housing Association, and four district councils: Aylesbury Vale, Chiltern, South Bucks and Wycombe.
