When we carry out a walkabout, we always keep a record of what we have seen. For many areas, there will be a list of repairs and other actions to be done that will improve the area, and we will check that they have been completed next time we visit for a walkabout.
By using our pictorial guide, we also rate each area from 0 (poor) to 3 (excellent), depending on the condition of the area. This rating is shown on the summary form for each walkabout. The aim is to improve each area to an excellent standard, and the guide helps us to be consistent and objective when rating an area.
