 Aziz is an independent Board member who joined in September 2007. He is an experienced Housing Director building a reputation for social housing turnarounds and change management. With a substantial delivery record across a range of social businesses, Aziz is an acknowledged leader and communicator demonstrating creative and analytical strengths. He is driven by primary motivation to achieve social results and has particular skills in project management, cultural change and people management - taking a strategic, flexible and problem solving approach.

As a Housing Director he seeks challenges that draw on his breadth of experience and utilise his considerable talents, energy and enthusiasm.

Aziz is an Architect and has wealth of practical experience including design and building projects. He has a strong knowledge on different aspects of housing, e.g. design process, construction methods and building material to name but a few. This valuable skill has helped Aziz to negotiate with Architects and Development partners regarding new housing developments.
