Vale of Aylesbury Housing Trust

We have appointed Archial Architects as lead designers for the redevelopment of Vale House. They produced some impressive first ideas for the project.

We will be addressing the ASB problems of the area through a co-ordinated Housing Management and design-led approach.

The redevelopment will also see improvements to the look of the estate, increased energy efficiency and savings on carbon emissions.

We will shortly be consulting with residents on more detailed proposals. We anticipate seeking Board approval and planning permission early in 2010.
