Our latest STATUS survey complements the Audit Commission’s findings: 83% of people are satisfied with the Trust as a landlord, an increase of 9% on the 2006 results and 0.5% higher than the average benchmark of 8 similar housing organisations.

Satisfaction with the repairs and maintenance service has also risen, and is now up to 78%. This is again a 9% increase on 2006 survey, and is 1.8% higher than the benchmark.

61% of people were satisfied that resident views are taken into account, 0.9% higher than the benchmark.

STATUS does also highlight areas where we need to do more. 9% of the residents surveyed had reported ASB to the Trust in the last 12 months. Of those that had, people had received a mixed level of service and we will be using the results to identify areas that need addressing.

Residents were also asked if overall, they feel that services have improved since transfer. 58% said that they thought things had improved over the Trust – a very gratifying figure, but one we will seek to improve further.
