The Vale of Aylesbury Housing Trust is a not-for-profit Registered Social Landlord providing affordable homes for people in, Aylesbury, Buckingham and the surrounding villages of the Vale.

The Trust was formed in July 2006 following the transfer of 7,250 tenants' and 600 leaseholders' homes, around 2,400 garages and  40 commercial properties from Aylesbury Vale District Council.

In our Offer Document we promised to invest £105 million improving the standard of all our residents homes, by 2010.

In partnership with AVDC, the Trust is also investing £500,000 each year through the Community Chest, in projects that benefit all the communities across the Vale.

Regular and close involvement with our customers is at the heart of everything the Trust does. Our residents, through our Working Together for Change initiatives, are encouraged to play an increasing role in how, where and what services we provide.
