Annual standards report

In 2010, the Tenant Services Authority published a set of standards that they expect all social landlords to meet. These standards were set following consultation with tenants around the country.

The Trust, like all other social landlords, is required to produce an annual report that sets out how well we are doing against those standards, and what we plan to do to improve.

It has been put together with the help of  individual residents, the Resident Communities Strategic Group and Trusted Editorial Panel.
