Building affordable homes and supporting communities that our residents can be proud of.

The Vale of Aylesbury Housing Trust is a not-for-profit Registered Social Landlord providing affordable homes for people in, Aylesbury, Buckingham and the surrounding villages of the Vale.

The Trust was formed in July 2006 following the transfer of 7,250 tenant’s and 600 leaseholders homes, around 2,400 garages and  40 commercial properties from Aylesbury Vale District Council.

In our Offer Document we promised to invest £105 million improving the standard of all our residents homes, by 2010.

In partnership with AVDC, the Trust is also investing £500,000 pa through the Community Chest in projects that benefit all the communities across the Vale.
